Scandinavian Journal of Modern Greek Studies

The idea of publishing a scientific magazine has existed within the society for quite some time, but not until the economic basis for such a venture was secured through grants from Kostas and Eleni Ouranis Foundation in Athens and the Greek Consulate General at Malmö, Sweden, the final decision was taken at the Society's annual meeting in November 2001, on which occasion also the name of the publication was decided upon.

The publication of the 2nd volume was made possible by a grant from the Eleni Nakou Foundation.

At present the members of the Editorial Board are Professor Bo-Lennart Eklund, Gothenburg University, Associate Professor Lars Nørgaard and Senior Research Fellow Peter Vejleskov, both University of Copenhagen.
